Similar to how mission-driven organizations define their vision and intended impact, we will define your values, your personal mission and vision, and your unique strengths. The end result is greater clarity about who you are and what you want, along with an action plan and tools for compelling communication.

Get greater awareness of what’s holding you back
Have you been trying to make a change and find yourself stuck? When we have the motivation to change but can’t make consistent progress, it’s often because of underlying fears or commitments we’re not consciously aware of.
I will partner with you to uncover what’s holding you back through a powerful change mapping exercise. Past clients have found this program to be effective at helping them see clearly what they actually need to work on to achieve their goals.
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks
Time Commitment: ~2 hours per week
One Big Thing
Get deep awareness of your inner mindset and transform your external behavior
Are you a senior leader who feels effective in most areas of your professional life but have one thing — a behavior, mindset, or pattern — that feels beyond your control? Through a powerful, research-based approach, I will help you develop deep awareness of your mindset related to this one big thing and partner with you to achieve real and lasting behavior change.
Duration: 6 to 8 months
Time Commitment: 3-4 hours per week
